Help For New Mothers
PRENATAL-POSTNATAL PROGRAM
GOALS:
To provide screening, education, counseling and support to prenatal and postnatal mothers
To improve the nutritional health of pregnant and breastfeeding mothers and babies

REGISTRATION:
Prenatal mothers may be required to provide proof of pregnancy
Postnatal mothers may be required to provide proof of breastfeeding
Requirements:
Registrants will receive weekly assessments and counseling as necessary (Monday or Fridays)
Registrants must attend regular follow-up appointments with their doctors or midwives
NUTRITIONAL COUPONS:
All pregnant mothers are eligible
Breastfeeding mothers are eligible with babies aged birth to 6 months
Issued weekly on Mondays or Fridays
Coupons can only be issued to the prenatal/postnatal mothers
Redeemable by Mother, only at Duffield Lucy Foods, or Willow Point
No substitutions for food items

Eligible when baby is between 5 and 12 months of age
